Overview.

The DLS-20 is a dual-zone switching ultra-high resolution mass spectrometer for the analysis of hydrogen and helium isotopes and light gases.

It is a triple filter quadrupole mass spectrometer with 20 mm pole diameter and user switchable resolution modes. It operates in dual quadrupole stability regions (Zones I and H), offering ultra-high resolution in the mass range to 22.5 amu (Zone H) and very-high resolution performance up to 200 amu (Zone I).

The DLS-20 provides 0.006 amu mass separation in real time. The sensitivity of both He in D2 and D2 in He is 1 ppm, and 3He can be quantified in HD.
